Refund policy

At Honey7, we take great care in preparing and delivering our products.
Since honey and honey-based items are food products, we follow strict hygiene rules.
This policy explains when cancellations or refunds are allowed.

1. Order Cancellation

You can request cancellation only before your order is shipped.

To cancel your order:

Once the order is shipped or handed to the courier, cancellation is not possible.

2. No Returns on Food Products

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on honey, snacks, or any food item.

However, if you receive a damaged, leaking, or wrong product, we will help you immediately.

3. Replacement or Refund Eligibility

You can request a replacement or refund ONLY in the following cases:

✔ Wrong product received

✔ Damaged or leaking product

✔ Product missing from the package

✔ Expired product delivered

In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Required Proof for Claim

To process your replacement/refund, please share:

  • Clear opening video of the package (mandatory)

  • Photos of the issue

  • Order ID and phone number

This helps us verify the problem and resolve it quickly.

5. Refund Method

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • It may take 5–7 working days depending on your bank/payment gateway

If you prefer, we can also send a replacement product instead of a refund.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot refund or replace if:

  • You change your mind after delivery

  • The product taste/texture/colour varies naturally (this is normal for pure honey)

  • The order was placed with a wrong address

  • You claim damage without a proper opening video

  • You contact us after 48 hours

7. Shipping Returns

We do not ask you to ship the product back in most cases.
If required, we will guide you clearly.
